Jeffry Skiba

Jeffry Skiba has over 28 years of experience in leading medical device development and commercialization of first-to-market concepts. Skiba is the inventor of the Procellera® Wound Dressing with Microcurrent Technology for tissue regeneration. Between 1998 and 2004 Skiba was Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at TriVascular and involved in developing abdominal aortic aneurysm repair endograft regulated as a PMA Medical device.  Skiba was also the founder and President of JBS Bioengineering in 1999, Heading the design and development of the surgical implants sector until 2004 and many more initiatives. Skiba is named on over 25 issued patents, many pending, and has multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Dave Jobes, Ph.D.  

Dr. Jobes brings over 20 years of research and business development expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Jobes received his Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from Tulane University and completed a postdoctoral and research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Dr. Jobes has held numerous senior-level research and/or business development positions at Applied Biosystems, VaxGen, Presidio Pharmaceuticals (Co-Founder/Board Member), Numerate, Accelero Biostructures, XPose Therapeutics, Prosper Animal Health (Co-Founder/Board Member), and Mid-Atlantic BioTherapeutics (Co-Founder/Board Member). Dr. Jobes is a well-published scientist and successful business development executive, having completed >$500M in transactions (buy and sell side).
