IPS is an award winning, woman-owned biotech company with over 75 years combined research experience in diagnostic and therapeutics for bacteria, fungal and viral pathogens. Their research expertise ranges from antimicrobial, PPE, and biofilm testing to medical devices. IPS supports advancement and commercialization of novel technologies by offering creative and integrative solutions. They are all about scientific excellence and high quality support. The IPS team takes pride in supporting novel technologies for addressing current and emerging medical needs. In response to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, they quickly expanded their operation to PPE (including mask manufacturing and testing), coronavirus drug screening and environmental monitoring for COVID. All of this is done from the company’s labs in Frederick. Even through hardships, we are #StillFrederickCo.
